is there a way to set up section-8 or public housing payments
AnsweredI want to charge & track public housing receipts separate in each account. should i set that up as a separate tenant and split the charges? I'll like to be able to do that without having to edit the charges each month.....help!....and thanks guys.

Hey Lamont, you got it. The best way to do this is to setup the HA as a tenant in that unit with the contribution amount for them, and then the tenant as their amount. This will allow to you to keep track of who has paid what, etc. It'll also carry individual balances, payment history and much more. RentPost has a large number of property management companies that do just this for Section-8 and works very well.
