Can I pay rent plus other fees in one payment?

My rent is due but I also owe a fee of $15 to my landlord, but when I try to make the payment amount greater than the amount of rent, it automatically corrects back to the amount of rent. I'd like to pay off all owed money in one payment to avoid extra payment fees.

  Hey Anna, you certainly can make a payment for your rent plus other fees.  However, you'll need to get your manager to go ahead and add the $15 charge to your account so you can pay it.  You might go ahead and pay your rent, get your manager to add this fee, then you can pay that at a later date.

  How can monthly recurring fees, like utilities, be added to the tenant profile? I do not want to do this manually every month.

  Hey Sasha, this is actually a feature we'll be releasing in the new couple weeks.  I know last I heard, development was basically wrapping things up.  At that point, you'll be able to setup custom recurring charges with custom recurring periods.  For the meantime, you'd need to add those manually, yes.  Or include it into the rent amount if that makes sense for you.  Thanks!
