Once you've added a tenant to a unit, you might want to give that tenant access to Rentpost. Here's How:
Step 1. Make sure to add the tenant e-mail address in the edit tenant screen.
Step 2: If the tenant has been sent an invite, but has not created an account. The tenant status will be "Pending Setup." The total number of pending tenants will appear on the right hand side of your screen under the "Units & Tenants" tab. Click the the # of pending tenants to filter down to only those units with pending tenants. Then click on the "Pending Setup" status of each tenant to re-send the e-mail invite. Note the invite might be sitting in the tenant spam folder, so ask them to check. Also, only the most recent e-mail invite will contain a valid link.
