Tenant Name Is Incorrect

My tenant name changed, it is no longer correct. I am unable to edit it. I started a chat, but received no response. How do I get this corrected?

  Hello Tammy, assuming you're a tenant, you'll need to get your property manager to update this for you.  Your tenant name is an official record and can only be edited by a manager.  You can edit your user account details.  But that's for your user account and is separate from the tenant account details.
