P&L Reporting

I am trying the free 30 day trial.  I can't seem to find a way to run a P&L report either by property or owner.  Is there a way to do this?  I would also need it to break it down by GL categories.  An example would be:

$12,000 Rent Income

($3,000) Supplies

($3,000) Repairs(labor)

($2,000) Capital expense

$4,000 Net income

  Hey Bill, you can run an owner statement that is a P&L.  You can do this from your account under the reports tab.  Just be sure you have "property management" enabled in your settings, as this enables this functionality.

  Outside of this, we're working on some other one-off P&L and Balance Sheet reports that should be available soon.  Thanks!

  An Income Statement is now available under your Reports tab for all plans.

  Hey Darla, just replied to a support ticket you'd submitted as well.  We're planning to release a P&L statement next month.  We're already mostly finished with it.  We're also releasing a very large core system update next week.  Thanks!

  An Income Statement (P&L) is now available under the Reports tab.  It's very flexible allowing you to run it on a number of levels, compare against previous periods, etc.  Check it out and let us know what you think!
