How can I cancel my Account?
While we'd really hate to see you go, like heart-struck, we realize that sometimes it becomes necessary. If you are having issues with your account or can't seem to get a specific task done, please contact us first. There are many ways of accomplishing tasks, that at first, don't always seem obvious. We're here to help any way we can.
That being said, if you still wish to cancel, you you may do so by following the process below from within your account.
- Go to your "Company" configuration section by clicking "Company" at the top right of your account.
- Select the "Billing Details" sub section
- Click on the name of your plan to open the plan modification window.
- Finally click "cancel" at the top of that window next to "change"
- This will present you with a confirmation screen and finalize the cancelation process.

Currently this is handled on a per incident request Braxton. We allow accounts to be canceled but remain active in the instance you wish to return and jump back with your data. If you'd like to have it all removed, please send a request to relax@rentpost.com with the request and we'll take care of that for you. Thanks!
