How do I cancel my payment?
I accidentally used an account with no money in it, and need to switch to another bank. How do i cancel my payment?

Hey Rielly, if you'll submit a support ticket, we can sometimes void this payment for you. It just depends on when it was submitted and when the network pushes out payments to the bank for presentation.
If this isn't done, or we're unable to void the transaction. You can always ask your bank to put in a STOP PAYMENT request. This will cause the payment to get returned when presented. After it's returned, you'll get a notice from RentPost telling you it's happened and the charges will be added back to your account. You'll then be able to make another payment, whenever you intend to pay those charges. Thanks!
