What is the online processing cost per transaction?

The current pricing for online processing can be found on the pricing page.

$1 for ACH or 2.99% for Visa/Mastercard and 3.59% for American Express.

  The pricing page doesn't say anything about processing cost for credit card processing but somewhere else in the forums I seemed to gather that cc processing was more costly than the $1 / transaction fee mentioned on the pricing page???  Is cc processing cost different than the $1 / transaction?

  [UPDATED]

  Credit cards are 2.99% for Visa/Mastercard and 3.59% for American Express.  These surcharges are paid at the time of payment by the tenant.  There are no additional charges for the service or fees to the management company.
