What is the wait time for payments to be deposited into my account?

    When RentPost indicates that the payment has been funded and deposited, do I still need to wait an additional 3-4 days before I see it in my account?

    Hey Ernie, no, if the payment is showing as funded, it should be showing in your bank account if your bank has updated their records. 

    If you have a specific transaction where this is not the case, please submit a support ticket and we'll look into it!  Thanks.

    I tried to deposit my may rent payment, but rentpost is not giving me the option to do so. The last day to pay rent is tomorrow. I am trying to do it now. What is wrong with the website?

    All accounts are now setup on a 3 day bank hold.  If you're interested in getting a 2 day, 1, or even zero day hold, please contact us for details.  Accelerated payments can be setup for a fee of 10 basis points per accelerated day.
