Can I add custom charges for tenants?

Yes, of course, you can add custom charges by selecting the tenant for a unit, then choosing the tenant actions, "add/adjust charges".  The following set of screenshots demonstrates how you go about adding these charges.

Remember you can setup custom GL Accounts for adding custom charges.  So, if you don't see a GL Account that matches the revenue you're collecting, you can create a new one.
