RentPost accepts all major credit cards from tenants, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.  This is included with all plans and there is no additional charges to the manager.  Credit card payments from tenants are subject to a 2.99% surcharge which covers the cost of transacting the payment.

Credit card payments are, of course, optional for tenants.  Tenants can opt to pay with their bank account as well for a flat fee of $1.50.

I'm guessing for ACH doesn't allow the landlord to adjust the rent on a monthly basis to allow billing for utilities?

    Thanks!

Bruce, you can add custom charges for utilities to the tenant's account and make them available to tenants to pay via ACH.  There are no limitations on the charges that can be added and what they're added for.  These can be custom assigned to your GL Accounts you can setup within the system.  Thanks!

Yes, absolutely, you'd then add those to your utilities account and keep track of your revenue received per account, per property and owner.
