How can I add a bank account just for security deposits?

I would like to keep my security deposits in a seperate account as my state laws say I should, but so far they way this is set up I can not do so, can you explain to me how I can?

  What you'll want to do here is create a new bank account on the Accounting > banking page, then under each unit, you'll want to assign this bank account as the escrow account.  All security deposits will then be placed into this account by default.
