How do I assign work orders to vendors/managers?
You can assign a work order to a vendor or another manager (colleague) within your company. To do so, go to the Work Orders tab, and locate the work order that you'd like to assign.
From there, click on the "assign" icon to assign this work order to a vendor or manager. This will then bring up the assign view where you can assign the work order.
Just search for the vendor or manager and select the one with which you'd like to assign.
This will then bring up the option to select if you'd like to email the assignee regarding this work order. If sent to a vendor, the vendor will receive an email with a unique link they can use to update the status of this work order, add replies, etc. Managers will receive a summary and notice. They can then log into their RentPost account and update the work order accordingly.
