are we the only company who has trouble with logging in.
so slow and kicks us out. going to have to find something better.

we have a constant problem at the office. i avoid it at all cost. took over 1.5 minutes just to log back in to send this to you. people are constantly getting kicked out or not able to get in at all. we email each other all the time to say when it is up or down; etc. i have a friend in property management and i watched him using apfolio; and he had none of these problems. it was very expensive for us to change over to rentpost and have regretted it since. it seem to be clear that a company our size should not be using this program.

Hey Roger, can you submit a support ticket and we'll look into your load times. You shouldn't be getting kicked out. And as far and up and downtime is concerned RentPost hasn't had any downtime outside of very brief maintenance periods for nearly a year now. Are you referring to downtime as site unavailability or general issues you've been having with logging in? Let's get a ticket in place and we'll dig into this issue for you and get you squared away.
