Monthly rent displays old value

Default unit value continues to display $1450 even after monthly unit value was updated to $1375.

I have a simliar issue - I put in the rent price for a unit who's lease starts on 2/15...but shows 0/mo due on the unit page, and if you goto the accounting page/receivables, this does not show even if you put the on or before date to after the start of the lease. Please advise.
