How do I change properties from one registered bank account to another?
I tried looking through your FAQ but I didn't find what I was looking for. I currently have most of my tenants set up on a bank account. I need to switch them to another already registered account how do I do this?

Hey Chris, the issue with this is that tenant billing profiles are associated with that bank account, for security reasons. Therefore, when making that switch, we have to remove the billing profiles for those tenants and then setup the new bank account (this only applies for companies with more than one online processing account).
We're working on improvements to this process so it's more automated. It will take us a little time, so if anyone has any issues with this in the meantime, until it's resolved, please submit a support ticket and RentPost will handle it directly. Thanks.
