How do I setup a tenant for online access?
A tenant can be setup for online access so they can communicate with management, submit work orders, pay their rent online (if setup for online rent collection), see their billing history, and more.
To setup a tenant for online access you will need to have their email address. Just edit the tenant record if the tenant is already in the system, or add the tenant, then, be sure to input their email address you collected and check the checkbox called "Setup Online Access for Tenant". After you have enabled online access, the tenant will be emailed an invite so they can finish setting up their account.
