What if a tenant never got the invite email for setting up online access?
This usually happens for one of two reasons; the email for some reason got sent to the tenants spam folder, in which case you should ask them to check their spam folder and mark is as not spam, or, you entered the wrong email address. If you entered in the wrong email address, just locate the tenant on the Units & Tenants tab by either filtering for their name or by selecting the unit, and click the link next to their name that says "Pending Setup". This will open a model window for you to update their email address or resend the original invite.
