How do I setup a tenant for online rent collection?
First, you need to be sure that you have a bank account that's been setup for online processing. If you haven't done this yet, please see the online processing section.
When adding a tenant on the Units & Tenants tab, just include an email address and don't uncheck the checkbox that says "Setup Online Access". After you have done this, an email will be sent to the tenant at the specified address asking them to complete the setup. After they have done so, the tenant will be setup with an account where they can pay their rent.
