would like to have an email sent when tenant pays

I find myself checking the rentpost site to find out if a tenant has paid yet. I think it would be a good feature if an email was automatically sent when a tenant pays

  I like that idea too, and also, when a tenant doesn't pay by the due date.

  I would also like to see this implemented. maybe an option for email or text notifications or allow both.
