Multiple phone & email fields for tenant

When adding a new renter from a property box, we could really use multiple phone # fields, as tenants often have home, cell and work, and we use all for collections. Same with email, personal + work, etc. Having those fields in that space will make it easy upon initial entry and also as staff goes to update changing and new information, which happens often.

  Richard, for additional roommates, please consider adding them as tenants of the unit.  If the lease is assigned to a single tenant, these additional tenants can be added with a zero dollar rent amount.  This will signify to the system that recurring rent charges do not need to be added, but allows for them to come up in searches, allows for you to invite them to collaborate with you, etc.

  You can also add custom charges to these additional tenants if need be, or separate our your rent charges as needed.  Please see the following support topic for more information on adding additional tenants.

  I would also like to have this added. Also it would be nice to have a field to list the spouses/room mates name or phone number, and email addresses as well.

  Additional phone number fields have been added for all contacts in the system.  You can also customize the fields for each contact type, even making required what you wish.
