Entering in Work orders by tenant name

Hello,
Is it possible to have it set up where you can enter in a work order by tenant name instead of address? Im having to go back and find out what apt they are in in order to input the WO. The address also has to be typed exactly as it was put in in order for it to populate correctly. So if I'm trying to put in a work order for unit 11, I have to type in the whole address almost because unit 11 still hasn't populated on the screen because there is not enough space. To eliminate this altogether it would be great if you could just start typing the tenants name and the system would find it.

This is certainly possible Delesha, and a good recommendation. As a quick fix for you in the meantime, you might try typing the tenant's name at the top right in the "universal search". This would show you the unit address associated quickly, which you could then use to type into the work order when submitting. Granted this is a quick solution for you, but this is also a nice recommendation I think. Thanks!
