Improve User Interface for Owner Reports

On the Owners Report (https://rentpost.com/mypost#/reports/owners) I'd like to see the following which will greatly improve the user interface:

1) In the case of only one owner automatically default to that owner so I don't have to always select the owner from drop down menu OR add option to set a default owner in case there are multiple owners

2) Have pre-configured date options instead of having to manually select from and to dates from the drop-down i.e. (fiscal year, current, month, last month, etc..) for example when I click on the owner report tab it should automatically show data for the default/single owner and the report for the current month
