Would like a feature added that would send automatic emails to the owners and managers when a tenant is late.

Would like to be able to set up alerts that would email and send a text to owners and managers when a tenant is late.

We have similar features on our bank accounts and credit cards  and it alerts us immediately to charges on our account, low balances, pending payments etc.
