Hide work order from tenant feed.

I thought I posted this someone and/or in a mail - feel free to delete or move.  Consider a "hide work order option" click to hide from tenant news feed view.  Could be in the work order a check box to hide the work order from tenants so they cannot see all my communication or changes to work order with vendor if I don't want it viewable to them.

  It's planned to offer private work orders as well as private comments on work orders.  These would be entire work orders and comments - respectively, only see by managers.
