Have RP notify when online rent is posted or late.

Have RP notify the Property Manager via email, text, etc. when an online payment has been collected or is now late.  Not high on the priority list I know with ALL the GREAT things you're working on now, but a nice little feature to save us from having to login to see if the rent was posted.
