It would be nice to have a section in rentpost that would allow me to post an announcement or reminder that would appear on every receipt printed.  Example:   Its mowing season!  Remember to mow and weed eat your yard!

  Or something like the ability to email selected or ALL tenants and/or print letters for selected tenants, etc.
