For Tenants: You should have automatic email reminders when a bill is due.

  Hey Laura, email reminders are sent by default 1 day before the charge is due.  We are however looking at add more customization and flexibility to this system in the future.  Could you elaborate a bit more on what you'd like to see here?

  Hm...I have never gotten an email reminder in the two months I've been renting. Just checked my spam filter to be sure, too.

  Maybe add email opt-in on the tenant-end? Like, Check to receive an email bill reminder 1 day before a balance is due, 2 days before, 1 week before, etc. But I'm probably not much help if you're already sending out the emails!
