How do vendors comment on work orders assigned?  Anyone planning vendor portals?

  Vendors can now use a special "maintenance" role as a manager, allowing them to see units, tenants, contact details, and manage work orders.  The role is fairly restricted outside work orders/

  Currently they are sent a unique link they can click which takes them to a summary page of the work order, no login required.  We've tossed around the idea of a vendor portal, but until we see more demand from users and vendors for a login, we'll be holding off on this at the moment.

  In the meantime, we'll be introducing a fine grained permissions system so you can add vendors to your mypost account and restrict their access to specific pages like only the work orders.

  I think the link is likely sufficient and then if they are they able to comment/reply on the WO at the link they go to, and it update the WO?

  Yes, add replies, attach photos, update the status, and we'll be introducing the ability to attach invoices with our document storage updates.
