Broaden Contacts "Type" Beyond "Vendor or Owner"

I like to keep the contact info of the neighbors (at least one usually) of my rentals. It would be nice if in the contacts there were different options other than only "Vendor" or "Owner" label. Like if we could add, "Other" or something like that and then in the "Groups" I could label it "Neighbor" or whatever.

  This is planned, however, it may be a bit before we fully rework the contact system.  However, this will be introduced.

  If I haven't said it somewhere else, I'd LOV Google sync with my contacts :-)

  There is an "Other" contact type now, in addition to Owner, Vendor, Tenant and Manager types.
