work order assignees
CompletedOur internal maintenance team doesn't have access to email. I would love to be able to add them without the email requirement so I can assign the work order to them for record keeping purposes. It would also be neat to have the ability to select multiple work orders and print them on a page to hand to our maintenance team.

Hey Jason, you can assign work orders to Vendors that you've added as contacts to the system. In your settings you can set the default setting for sending emails when assigning work orders as well, but the checkbox when assigning is optional. You don't have to send an email notice when assigning a work order for record keeping.
As for printing work orders, this is a good idea and something we'll add to the list. Thanks.
