Need a receipt when collecting money in office.

At this time, we do not allow our tenants to pay rent online because most of our tenants are elderly or don't have internet.  So, we need an option when we add payment to print a receipt for tenants when they come into office.  If possible it would be nice if it had some type of serial number or something to authenticate the receipt.

  Hey  Jacob, This feature is working great!   The only thing we have ran across is when a tenant has lost their receipt and I print it it shows I collected the money on the receipt even though someone else in my office has collected their money.  Can that be fixed?  If so, this brings me to an additional feature request of a collection report that we could pull at the end of the day to show what each staff member has collected (checks & cash).  The report would show which staff member collected money, tenants name, location, amount collected and whether it was cash or check.
