I suggest you make a work order for the office or general maint request

There is not a work order for the office or general maint on the property
Not all work orders are tenant related

Hey Tom, I moved this to the manager feature requests section. I assume that's where you intended for this. This is something we can look into for the future. Currently though, you can add that office as a unit in the system and assign a property that way.
The general maintenance request is a good point and I could especially see this coming into play for unit groups where it may be a multi-family complex. This is also something we'll look into supporting.
