If you're seeing the error message "MONTHLY TRANSACTION LIMIT EXCEEDED", this means your manager's rent collection account with RentPost is currently over it's monthly collection limits. This is a rare scenario, but it does happen. In most cases, RentPost has already reached out to the manager to work on getting this increased and the issue will resolve shortly.
A couple of things to keep in mind when this happens:
- These limits reset on the first of the month. So if you're trying on the last day of the month, consider waiting until the first has rolled over.
- We work with managers to get these resolved and until the limit is increased, or the first of the month rolls over, it doesn't matter how many times you submit the payment, it won't go through.
