    Hey Louise, this means your property manager is currently over their monthly rent collection limits with RentPost.  We regularly work with managers to get these limits increased and have likely already reached out with your management company to get this resolved.  However, you might make mention of this to them.  That said, you'll be able to submit your payment as soon as this is resolved.
