I need a ledger option that the tenant can understand! The current way it distrubutes their payments to past due just doesn't make sense to them so I have to create an additional ledger in excel!

  Hey Robin, can you please provide a little more detail here.  Are you referring to the ledger on the tenant statements?  Is there anything specifically that is causing the confusion?
