On a previously created work order: How do I include a tenant or employee contact into the work order chat?

Hey, tenants and "managers" (employee) are included within a chat as soon as there is communication from them. So, if they add a reply, they'll be tied into the chat.
Are you wanting a way to associate other "managers" so they get updates, but not require that they reply?
