I would like a report that prints envelope labels for me to snail mail my tenants with their statements.

  Hey Travis, all our tenant statements are envelope #9 compatible.  That means, if you print out the statement, fold it up and stuff them into a #9 envelope with the windows, the "to" and "return" addresses will be properly placed, saving you the need of printing any labels.

  Let me know if that doesn't help.  This should be quicker and easier than labels.
